These sessions will hold space for all the emotions that can come up while grieving.
Understanding that grief has no timeline we will honour your grief and trauma. Focusing on supporting as you navigate this profound experience and find ways to honour your journey forward with love, resilience, and acceptance.
Compassion fatigue

Compassion fatigue is the emotional and physical exhaustion that can arise from caring for others, often leading to decreased empathy and increased stress.
In therapy we will work to address the symptoms of compassion fatigue. We will explore the unique stressors associated with your work, providing tools and strategies to navigate compassion fatigue and cultivate resilience.
Postpartum planning session

Expecting parent(s) and support person(s) who are feeling anxious or uncertain about the postpartum period
Creating plans for emotional support, rest and realistic expectations
Preparing support roles for partners and families
Navigating changes in identity, relationships and daily life after birth

This stand-alone 2-hour session involves discussing all aspects of postpartum care, from feedings to visit, sleep to recognizing PMADs.
We will collaboratively create a plan to ensure a smoother transition during the crucial first six weeks after your baby arrives, helping you feel more prepared for this new stage of life.
Father & Partner Mental Health Support

Using a trauma-informed Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework, we’ll work to unhook from challenging thoughts and feelings, explore your values, and support you in navigating this stage of life in a way that feels aligned.
