Understanding that grief has no timeline we will honour your grief and trauma. Focusing on supporting as you navigate this profound experience and find ways to honour your journey forward with love, resilience, and acceptance.
Compassion fatigue

Compassion fatigue is the emotional and physical exhaustion that can arise from caring for others, often leading to decreased empathy and increased stress.
In therapy we will work to address the symptoms of compassion fatigue. We will explore the unique stressors associated with your work, providing tools and strategies to navigate compassion fatigue and cultivate resilience.
Postpartum planning session

Expecting parent(s) and support person(s) who are feeling anxious or uncertain about the postpartum period
Creating plans for emotional support, rest and realistic expectations

This stand-alone 2-hour session involves discussing all aspects of postpartum care, from feedings to visit, sleep to recognizing PMADs.
We will collaboratively create a plan to ensure a smoother transition during the crucial first six weeks after your baby arrives, helping you feel more prepared for this new stage of life.
Partner& Parent Support

These sessions are designed specifically for the partner or co-parent during the perinatal period and beyond, recognising the significant identity, relational and emotional shifts you may be experiencing.
We will work together to unhook from challenging thoughts and feelings that may get in the way of your sense of self, your connection with your partner and your evolving role as a parent. Using a trauma-informed Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework, we’ll explore your values, build resilience, strengthen communication and create space for the person you are becoming.
Whether you’re facing new responsibilities, relational changes, anxiety about parenthood or grief for the life you once knew, you can expect a compassionate, tailored approach that centers your needs as partner and parent.
